David Coulton is the founder and lead engineer of Retic Systems. He holds a BEng in Mining and Minerals Engineering from Camborne School of Mines. David is experienced in all aspects of the backfill process including: plant/process design, system auditing and optimisations, and backfill mix designing and specification. In addition to his expertise in backfill, David has a strong skill set in software development, specialising in both front-end and back-end development with proficiency in C++, Go, and JavaScript.

Laurence Wall is a Partner and Senior Development Engineer. He holds a BSc in Engineering Geology and Geotechnics from Camborne School of Mines. Laurence is experienced in geotechnical engineering, on-site construction management, and materials testing. In addition to his expertise in geotechnics, Laurence is well versed with software development, systems engineering, and CI/CD pratices, he is adept in C++, Go, and JavaScript, and has a professional working knowledge of the Russian language.
